About
Simon Garnett FCCA – Director
Simon Garnett is the founding member of SGC Limited. Simon has over 20 years post-qualification accounting, financial services and management consulting experience.
During 1989 to 1997, Simon trained with and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant at Pannell Kerr Forster (now PKF International) in Nottingham, England where he provided Business Advisory Services to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s). He then worked in management accounting and management consulting roles for various industry leading companies until relocating to the Cayman Islands in early 2001.
Offshore, Simon has worked for wealth management organisations in progressively more senior roles culminating in the roles of Group Internal Auditor for a Cayman Banking Corporation and then Chief Financial Officer for a private boutique Bank and Trust Company.
In 2017, armed with the experience gained in both onshore and offshore financial services roles, Simon established SGC Limited, a Cayman Islands Company, to provide outsourced/contract accounting services and financial consultancy to businesses and individuals in the Cayman Islands.
